TWO Year Limited Warranty

Savalo warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of this product (the “Product”) that, for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase (except for certain components identified below), the Product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use. This limited warranty covers parts and labor required to repair or replace any part of the Product that proves to be defective under normal residential use.

To be eligible for this limited warranty, the Product must be: (i) sold to Purchaser as a new product to the original owner by an authorized Savalo distributor, retailer, dealer, or service center; and (ii) installed in the United States. The warranties provided in this statement are not transferable and are valid from the date of purchase.

This limited warranty is valid only if written notification of a defect, along with a copy of the original purchase receipt for the defective Product, is received by Savalo from Purchaser within thirty (30) days of identification of the defect.

Savalo (which may appoint third-party agents to act on its behalf in connection with any Product inspection or provision of warranty services) reserves the right to inspect the Product and its installation. As a condition to any claim, Purchaser is responsible for providing Savalo authorized service providers and/or representatives with access to the premises where the Product is installed, and any additional information or materials Savalo may request.

If Savalo determines that a defect is covered by this limited warranty, Savalo will, at its expense and as its sole and exclusive obligation (and Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy), repair or replace the defective Product. If Savalo determines that an alleged defect is not covered by this limited warranty, Savalo will have no obligation to repair or replace the Product.

Savalo will initially attempt to repair any defect in its Products. Only if a Product cannot be repaired after three (3) attempts for the same issue by a Savalo authorized service provider may the Product be replaced with a new Product from Savalo.

If Savalo determines that a defective Product must be replaced, the original retailer listed on the bill of sale may be contacted to process a replacement order. If Savalo determines that a Product is irreparable, replacement approval may take up to thirty (30) days.

If a Product is installed in a remote area outside Savalo’s authorized service network, Purchaser is responsible for the authorized service provider’s travel expenses and associated out-of-pocket costs.

If a Product installed in a remote location is deemed to require replacement, Purchaser is responsible for all delivery costs and risk of loss associated with transportation of the Product to Purchaser’s location.

Purchaser is responsible for establishing that the Product has been installed in accordance with all directions and installation instructions included with the Product at the time of purchase. Savalo has no obligation to correct issues caused by an installer’s failure to follow required instructions. Any repair expense deemed to be caused by faulty installation will be payable by Purchaser at Savalo’s then-current rates.

A Product’s exterior paint and/or lacquer must be cared for according to the instructional materials provided with the Product at the time of purchase. If those instructions are not followed or harsh chemicals are used, any resulting damage (and related repairs) is not covered by this warranty.


Any components of eligible products showing cosmetic defects in material or workmanship are covered for thirty (30) days from the Product’s delivery date. Coverage includes:

  • Scratches
  • Stains
  • Surface imperfections (stainless steel only)
  • Paint & porcelain imperfections

This does not include slight differences in color due to materials and painting/enameling technologies.

Photo/video proof is required for review.

Gaskets are covered for ninety (90) days from the Product’s installation date.

Replacement of glass components and light bulbs is covered for thirty (30) days after delivery.


This limited warranty does not apply to:

Use of improper pans, containers, or accessories that cause damage to the Product.

Any service (including repairs) to correct damage caused by services performed by anyone other than an authorized Savalo service provider, or the use of parts not authorized by Savalo.

Defects or damage caused by improper storage, cleaning, or maintenance, including failure to follow the Manufacturer’s written instructions and documentation.

Service calls to connect, convert, or otherwise repair electrical wiring and/or gas lines required to properly use the Product.

Replacement of components subject to normal wear and tear.

Defects or damage arising from transportation of the Product to the home of the owner by a dealer/retailer or a hired delivery/logistics provider.

Defects or damage arising from external forces beyond Savalo’s control such as fire, flood, earthquakes, and other acts of God.

Accidental or intentional damage.

This limited warranty will be void if:

The Product is not used according to the Manufacturer’s written instructions and documentation.

The Product is used on a commercial, rental, or leased basis.

The serial plate is defaced or removed.

The Product is altered by anyone other than an authorized Savalo service provider.

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE THE ONLY REMEDIES SAVALO WILL PROVIDE, EITHER UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY WARRANTY ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW. SAVALO WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
